Contrary to that thinking is the fact that certain vitamins such
as Vitamin A becomes hazardous to the body when found in very high
concentrations.
A common misconception is that over weight
people should not take multivitamins because this will make them
fatter. Multivitamins are designed to provide extra energy for a
person to remain active to do what needs to be done. Also,
multivitamins serves as protection from harmful elements.

crucial for the maintenance of your health, fat or thin, tall or
