Fitness. Ouch, some people just do not like that
word. But doing a fitness program doesn't have to be lots of hard
work. Some people really enjoy physical activity and even find it quite
addictive. Getting to do a fitness program could be maybe just
starting to do lots of walking instead of taking the car, or maybe
running up the stairs instead of walking up the stairs. All these
little bits of activity throughout the day do help burn those
calories. When you are trying to lose weight, besides doing the
physical activity, you would normally be doing some sort of diet.
The physical fitness and the eating and drinking right all work
together. There is no point in doing the keep fit regime if you're
going to eat a burger and fries and wash it down with a beer. Doing some
sort of fitness either in a small way or a big way has to be good,
